Our hostel, on the Isle of Benbecula in the

Outer Hebrides, opened in June 2012. 

The hostel is set within part of the former

18th century home of the Clan Chief of the MacDonald's of Clan Ranald; where Bonnie Prince Charlie dressed as Betty Burke,

Flora MacDonald's maid, before escaping over the sea to Skye.

At Nunton House Hostel, we aim to provide comfortable and affordable accommodation to individuals, couples, groups, and families.
